IKEA – Labor Day Eat and Shop Special(participating locations)

IKEA Labor Day - check your local store!

IKEA Labor Day – check your local store!

FYI: Check with your local store here for specific savings: IKEA

Some IKEA stores offer a special Labor day savings.  I consider putting together IKEA furniture labor, so maybe that falls under this Holiday with good reason!

My store is offering the following:

Eat For FREE
Dine in our Restaurant and we’ll deduct your Restaurant total from any home furnishings purchase over $150!  How it works
1. Purchase your meal in our Restaurant.
2. Receive a coupon with your receipt.
3. Give your coupon and receipt to the Check-outs cashier and receive the total amount of your meal deducted from your purchase of over $150. Offer valid August 31, 2013 – September 2, 2013. *Restaurant purchase must be consumed on the premises. Limit one restaurant receipt per store discount. Home furnishings purchase must be made the same day as the restaurant purchase. Not valid on IKEA Gift Card purchases. Simply hand over your IKEA Restaurant receipt with the coupon to the store cashier to have your discount applied. Total home furnishing purchase must be $150 or more before tax. Offer valid August 31 – September 2, 2013 only at participating IKEA stores.

Example…

We take my family of six(must be on ONE bill receipt – eat a ton of food).  So say your big family(he he) eats approximately $60.00 in food(dessert too) – that’s a whole lot of meatballs and such at IKEA’s cafeteria… A smorgasbord(is that Swedish?).Deduct that food bill from your IKEA purchases(must be $150) at checkout and only pay $90.00.  This is how it worked in previous years, so double check. Not too shabby if you need some stuff, and they do have some new cute items out..plus those cheap tea lights.  There is always something to get at IKEA. Like this egg chair..What kid wouldn’t love that?!? And it comes in blue too…lol.
